I came for oil change that took too long way too long. I was told an 21 point inspection was done verbally...no recommend sticker for next oil change I have tried call back 3 different times for proof of inspection and always get automation system. I have always received paper copy for my records. Not being able to reach true person for something so simple. I will not give higher rating

Came in for a safety recall....left with a car that won't run. Can't get a person on the phone...went back and they said it's because I need a 110 dollar oil change. .sorry but you breaking my car isn't going to cost ME money. Still can't get a call back. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Wonderful service! I use to go to their previous location down the street and didnt receive this kind of experience. I needed to call around a lot and leave many voicemails. Sometimes panic a little when I didnt get a response when my car desperately needed to be seen.but TODAY, I had the best service from LAMONT! Ive watched him with a few customers at the previous location and I thought he has amazing customer care and service finding out the location moved and he was assisting me was such a treat. He gives 100% white glove service and i feel at ease that he will be my contact going forward with oil changes and maintenance on my vehicle. He gave clear commutation, consistent updates, great enthusiasm, and a kind smile. I recommend this location! Thank you!
