Horrible customer service from danyell rippy reserved a van and when I got there was told I cant use debit card even though I showed her the email saying I can use debit and have used debit for U-Haul several times she refused so I ordered a self pick up through the online website and payed with debit why have people there in the store if they are just going to refuse to do their job and be rude to the customers make the job automated and be done with it

Avoid this location. Unprofessional, insanely rude, clueless staff that dont actually know how to rent a U-Haul to a customer. If you must go here, check out your truck on your phone and avoid going inside and talking to staff. The 1 star is for the clean truck.

Used a debit card online was told they only accept credit in store make that make sense was told it was this stores decision to do that and multiple people have complained about the same issue seems like they would try to be accommodating for more customers the store says closed at the front and the front door slams every time you open and close it bad store bad rental no wonder it's so cheap worse than a government building at least they do what they say they are gonna do lady in there was very kind I think it's the owner operator who is the real problem steer clear go somewhere else
