Terrible service! We placed our order for 10 subs two hours in advance. Went to pick up our order and was told they needed 10 minutes. After ten minutes we were told they needed another 20 mins. It turns out the order was never made, nothing was even started and they straight lied about the time. Seemed like they lost the order and had no idea what they were doing. This used to be a great sub place, but like so many others they have gone down with poor employees and horrible customer service.

I went about 2 p.m. on Saturday and there no customers in the restaurant. In the bathroom there was no toilet paper, no hand towels and no soap in the dispenser. I decided it was not a place I wanted to eat at and left.

I honestly did not want to write this review, after 6 failed attempts I see its a must now because clearly nothing has changed. Every time Ive ordered Ive been told to wait 40 to 45 minutes which i understand because they may be busy. But for me to arrive after 45 minutes and continue to wait another 40 to 45 minutes each time is just unacceptable. I hope the manger sees this and adjusts the kitchen because I will not be a repeat customer. Thats not an excuse its happened multiple times. Like I mentioned 6 failed attempts.
