After buying and selling several homes in several states, I have never worked with a realtor of Karis knowledge, compassion, professionalism. She never missed a single call, never once avoided a question or concern. She explained every detail, she took the time to always make sure the loan process was moving. We bought our forever home with Kari's guidance. My husband and I could not be happier! With the current market, it was a bit of a challenge to get where we are now but thanks to our realtor Kari Courture, we are finally settling into our dream home. Kari was very kind, informative and patient throughout the home selling and buying process. She was such a help when it came to our financial situation. She was able to connect us with multiple sources to get us on the fast track to a home. Kari did a wonderful job negotiating on our behalf. If it had not been for her experience and knowledge of her field I don't believe we would of had such a favorable outcome.
