Either make your bread smaller or put enough ingredient in. I have had #5 sandwich from other Jimmy John locations and their standards is better. Thank you

I didnt ask their names, but the 2 workers who served us from start to finish were absolutely professional and friendly. Food was great! But these 2 workers worked so hard the whole time we were there This was the cleanest and best Jimmy johns I have ever been to And they have the 2 of you to thank 10/10/23 4:34pm

I had every intention of staying to eat after ordering, but due to the endless swearing and unprofessional language and conversation happening LOUDLY between the two girls working, I had to leave. I have to say that two of the boys working stayed out of it and were professional. Kudos to them. I don't know if it was the manager sitting at a table on her cellphone, but all she was doing was yelling, while staying on her phone, for the girls to stop cussing while customers were in the shop. Now I have to eat in my car, instead of sitting comfortably in the restaurant. The management needs to work on training employees to watch the language and be more inviting to customers.
