Thank you for the wonderful review that you have posted greatly appreciated you made my day, just to learn for next time not to be nice and go out of your way to make a customer happy. You came into the store with bangles which were purchased in March of 2023, and stating that you wanted these then, but now I changed my mind and I really don't want them anymore, so I told you to keep them because you will loss the workmanship and profit on them so you said that's fine, and I also gave you an option to exchange them which you did not want to do. The store policy stats all sales are final on the receipt, but I was nice enough to help you out and you left with a smile on your face after selling the bangles with your husband taking your money and leaving. so you seemed just fine when you left the store. I was not rude, and did not give you an attitude, and I believe I gave multiple options to make you happy but you decided to sell them back as used gold to us. I hope you will a find a jeweler that will make you happy , because if was a chain store or corporate owned and operated business you wouldn't be able pull things like this. Thank you again
