my family and I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, and we have mixed feelings about our experience.
The room was clean and provided a comfortable stay, However, I was disappointed by the lack of friendliness from the staff. It felt like they could have been more welcoming and attentive to guests needs.
The breakfast offered at the hotel was okay, but it didnt stand out as particularly exciting or varied. It was decent enough to start the day but nothing extraordinary.
One issue that bothered me was the unexpected charge for Wi-Fi services. The hotel didnt mention this fee upfront, and it felt a bit deceitful.

Appears to be new construction. I dont think they passed all of their inspections.Anyway, the rooms are decent. Some electrical outlets did not work. The pool is super small. Id say 30 x 10 feet. Smaller than a kiddie pool. The area is very close quarters and the sounds of kid screaming are intensified. The floor is very slippery and the hand rail is broken. The location is close to the hood too. Kudos to them and their photographer/marketing department. It seems a lot more luxurious on line. There is better out there for a cheaper rate. It seems like they over look the little things that all add up to make this a not so good hotel. I wont be coming back. Hope they get it fixed though.
Noteworthy details: All electrical outlets didnt work. Broken pool railings. Slippery pool floors. Bad acoustics. Close proximity to the inner city area.
