Ive been to Fairlane Mall four times in the last week, Icing was closed every time. Need to hire new management, I
called the store a lady answered so why has the store been closed all week? What a waste of business just close the store permanently if youre that OK with losing customers!!!

The two ladies working there were very polite and nice. I was there to get my 15 year old son's ears pierced. They were patient with him because he was nervous. The only problem I had is that the earring that I pointed to and that she read back to me was not the same thing she pierced his ears with and I didn't realize it until we were in the car and it was too late.

omg Ty was amazing, she was so patient and gave me opinions all while having great customer service and attitude as she was multitasking. give her a raise!!!

I was on my way to an interview. I needed some earrings. Ty helped me. She is an outstanding employee. She keeps the store neat and organized. She offers help to customers. Most of all she cares! Thank-you for be such a blessing. You made my day Ty.
