Salon 360 & Med Spa

I have been looking for a salon to call home since forever!! This one is it! Hisham is be the best stylist ever. He did exactly what I asked him to do. He was so patient, professional, and great at communicating. Its obvious that Hisham cares about his clients! I will always go back to him for all my hair needs: hair cut, color, and styling! The receptionist, Salam, was also really professional. Great place!!

I did perm last week , the perm ended up being a big mess cuz he did it after same day hair color and he didnt tell me that because of I have highlights the highlight does not take perm I wouldnt do it if I know now the highlights looks so bad and half of my head permed and the other not

Meet Tajah today for my Spa Facial , she did a very good job. Overall the place is very clean, staff are very friendly too ! ! Can't wait for Monah to do my hair tomorrow.. Updated 2/15 I have hair cut session with Monah the owner to have my hair cut and curl , I love it. She did a very good job . Daisy later on did my face treading. Love it. Overall great experience. Thank you everyone over there! Also thank you Hiam for the fast response in messenger. You guys did a very good job ! Updated : 11/18/2023 Love it. This is the other location that I go to with Mona being there. I have Mona do my face wax as well as cut and style! Overall experience always great. Place is clean and elegant.

I made an appointment for the first time and got in very quickly, everyone was very nice. I do not like my hair tho, when I made the appointment I told the lady I wanted hi lights and low lights and a trim. An older man did my hair, I didnt even know his name. He did a root touch up which died my hair very dark brown, then he blow dryed it and did my highlight and low lights which made no sense because he just did the root touch up and pretty much dyed my whole head brown. I was pretty blonde already and had thick hi lights that he just had to touch up. Before he did the hi lights I told him I like them thick which he could see they were very thick. Now, I am hardly blonde at all and my hi lights are orange because he dyed it brown and then bleached the hi lights. Never have I ever had someone do this to my hair, I have gone to salons for over 20 years and I have to say that I am beyond disappointed. Not only did he not listen to what I wanted, they charged me 210 dollars and my hair doesnt even touch my shoulders. Even tho they were very nice I will not return to this salon ever again! Looked at the prices on the site and the total doesnt add up! Then charged me for a blow out! I never asked for a blow out! Im very disappointed and not happy with my hair at all!
