The pharmacy technician Madison and the pre-pharmacy student who is not licensed to do this job Sarah are so rude and disrespectful. I called Madison 3 days ago, and she said my medication would be ready in an hour, but when I went to pick it up, she said it was not ready; come after 3 days. I called after 3 days, and she said it would be ready in an hour, but when I got there, she said it was not ready, I could not fill it, which doesn't make any sense. She doesn't know what she is doing. She was raising her voice on the drive-through phone and yelling about mistakes she kept doing two times in a row. She said you can leave the pharmacy and transfer your prescriptions. I talked to the pre-pharmacy student Sarah who is not licensed to do this job about this terrible experience that had happened two times in a row. She said I don't handle complaints. She also said you can leave and transfer your prescriptions if you want. They always mess up my refills to get less than what the doctor prescribed and delay the medications. I was honored to take my complaints to headquarters and the Store Manager. The pharmacy manager James is always on vacation and doesn't take any complaints seriously. He told me that the district manager will call me, but he never did.

Great Pharmacy. I truly commend the students and young technicians that work here. Some of the rudest adult patients are always causing problems when Im there. Working in a pharmacy as a tech or pharmacist requires so much patience. I feel so bad when I witness these events. I hope they continue to not let others bring them down.
