The only reason I gave a 1 star is because you don't have a choice of minus five. Totally unprofessional and exceedingly rude pharmacy staff. When calling you are immediately placed on hold. Staff answers phone, identify department, then place you on hold before you tell them your reason for calling. This is a 24hr pharmacy. On several occasions I have called after 7pm and nobody even bothered to answer to answer the phone. Service is slow both inside as well as drive thru. I've once waited in line in drive thru for over 40 min with 4 cars ahead of me. On occasion I've waited in line for over 20 minutes when I went inside. I don't have my own transportation so I have to either take a lyft there or pay someone to take me. When I complained about the ongoing problem to the pharmacist "Mo" I was told if I didn't like it maybe I should get my rx filled someplace else. Hopefully this behavior is not representative of all the Walgreens but I'm going to take "Mo's" advice and get my rx filled at another pharmacy. I hope no one else have to experience what I have at this pharmacy.

After calling in my prescriptions I went the next day after noon. I waited in line for 50 minutes when I got to the window They didnt have one ready. I said I would wait after waiting another 20 minutes a male came to the window and I was ordered to leave. This is totally unexceptable. I am currently looking for a new pharmacy.!!

Extraordinary unprofessional staff. Transferred my prescriptions to CVS after being hung up on twice regarding a miscommunication with my insurance to which I was not informed that they no longer take
