I called in today Thursday Feb 22 and wanted to make an appt for my son. Since GE- Dearborn Heights NEVER calls to follow up, never sends friendly reminders for upcoming or overdue appts by text, email or phone call like normal ortho/dentist offices do, I called in. I was told I needed to make a payment before I could schedule an appt. I agreed. I offered to pay MORE than what was requires but the guy who answered REFUSED MY PAYMENT and REFUSED TO SCHEDULE MY SONS APPT!!! Does he not recognize its tax time and I was prepared to pay in full had his ego, attitude and unprofessionalism had not gotten in the way. Refusing my payment has now forced us into the arms of another Orthodontist! THIS GUY DEFINITELY NEEDS TO GO BACK TO ETIQUETTE SCHOOL because clearly he's unable to negotiate or listen without intertuption without being rude. I will not call back until I hear from Haleigh. UPDATE MARCH 25,2024- Made 2 consecutive payments in 30 days and yet STILL Alex will not allow me to make an appt for my son's Ortho treatments. I personally went in to speak with them and discuss the matter but being OFFICE MANAGER has this guy Alex thinking he's a judge. I'm wondering if he treats everyone like this. We have been kind patients receiving great service until he came to this office. Get rid of him!!!!

Friendly staff. Very little wait time. Everything was thoroughly explained. Clean and pleasant atmosphere.
