THEY DO NOT ACCEPT HAP HMO. The doctor I saw is extremely blaise about the report being incredibly misleading and, in some cases, factually inaccurate. The office did act quickly when I reached out to them about my initial report missing parts of the evaluation, however, they are out of network despite claiming to accept HAP as a whole - it is not specified that it's certain doctors or plans for HAP. The state will cover surprise bills via the No Suprises Act thankfully. However, I thought I'd be on the hook for $1100 until the reimbursement went through.

I have been fortunate to have worked for Triton since its beginning. The kindness and compassion for each person who comes in for treatment and the understanding of why each person is comes to treatment. Each person is treated as an individual and not a number. Patient satisfaction is a number one concern. Clinicians go the extra mile for each patient that comes to us for treatment.

Can never get anyone to answer the phone. When someone does answer get the run around about mine and my kids evaluations. This has been going on since may and i have doctors waiting on this paperwork

Interesting that most of the high score reviews for Triton Behavioral Health appear to be from employees or other groups that work with the office and not actual clients. Clients reviews are low. So I'll share my initial review and update if I continue to use them. I just called to make an appointment and it will take 24-72 hours for the office to verify insurance, they are currently behind and it could be longer as there is also a holiday weekend coming up. But I was told once my insurance is verified, the appointments are usually available the next day. More to come... edit: so within minutes, I received a call and have an appointment for later this week. yahoo team Triton. ;-) edit 2: - had my first appointment. Everyone was friendly, polite, and on time.

the level of unprofessionalism at this "medical" office is INSANE! first of all they diagnose ppl OVER THE PHONE for autism. MIND BLOWN! We are not ordering a pizza! We are seeking PROFESSIONAL medical attention! second of all, they set up an appointment time and then when you get there, THE OFFICE IS LOCKED AND NO ONE IS EVEN THERE! then when you call to find out where they are, no one answers and when they finally do, nothing is solved!!!! wasted a month of my life trying to get a diagnosis from this place and now i have to call my insurance company to find a NEW place that is actually professional and that actually takes their profession SERIOUS!!! THIS IS MY LIFE YALL ARE PLAYING WITH!!!! THIS IS SERIOUS STUFF AND YALL TREAT IT LIKE ITS NOTHING. SHAME ON YOUR UNPROFESSIONALISM!!!!!!
