I had a terrible experience there. She charged my mom for a haircut 45$, and it turned out to be way shorter than expected. The lady there was rude when I wanted to get the haircut by her, not the other lady there. I ended up leaving without even getting a haircut.

Went in for a blow dry. The woman asked if I wanted it straight or with a bit of swirl. I said a bit of swirl. And I showed her a photo example too. I was expecting her to do the swirl with the round brush like every other stylist Ive been to. But she ended up using a flat iron to make the swirl and she not only made a swirl but she made unnecessary curls. It came out looking nice but they charged me $100 for it. A blow dry with swirl at the hairends in Dearborn doesnt cost $100 anywhere else. Their excuse was that my hair was long and included a wash and the curls (the curls I never asked for). I got ripped off and had a very heavy handed woman who caused pain with everything she did (broken brush that caused tangling, heat from blow dry too close to scalp, and pulling hair aggressively). I dont know her name but it was not Majeda. However, I did talk to Majeda and she was no help. I got ripped off for something I did not ask for and for a painful experience due to the womans aggressive hands. Will never go back. Service: Blowouts
