So Visions Restorations were outstanding with taking on the task of removing trees after the wind storm we had in Detroit a few weeks ago. My house looked like a Forest traveled over my house and just unloaded. It was devastating. Two days later it looked as if nothing had ever happened. And even though I know they were very busy. He prioritized me in because it was a very dangerous and devastating situation. But thank God for sending them my way. My neighbor even text me and said they were doing a good job bc I had to leave and go to work. And the last thing tdidnt have to come out my pocket for additional cost for clean up bc insurance only pays 1,000 for cleanup and haul away. Thanks Visons and Shout out to Hortons!!!

Highly recommend this company! They went above and beyond to help us in a major disaster from a local plumbing company. From start to finish they were so friendly, reliable and honest! We now have a beautiful kitchen! Thank you, Vision!

Worst Company to possibly deal with for an insurance claim. -Took an entire year to replace a Window -Tried to initially replace my damaged Andersen Bay Window with an inferior quality vinyl window -Was not kept in the loop with process -They mislead/lied to me during the process -I was forced to sign the ENTIRE amount of insurance check over to them before any physical work began so I could fund their non value added middle man business model -After job I had to get them to come back so that both sides of framed window look identical...they left 1 side hanging down a couple inches -After job was done it FAILED inspection...bottom of frame isn't sealed with caulk -Their "Professional" painters didn't even use wood filler to cover nail holes so I have to repaint -Then after job they submitted an additional claim with my Insurance company As a customer we are "forced" because of convenience to deal with these "Pre-approved" vendors who already know USAA will pay so they have very little accountability and don't treat you like an actual customer. USAA should dump them from being an approved vendor STAY AWAY

Continuation.... So we told Matt we couldn't do it on that day , we don't want to disrupt the day with the kids and it was my daughter's graduation day. He said his crew would just do the work on the upstairs, so the next day 7am no Matt , Tracy , the on women crew ( tasmanian dev painter ) was pounding on my door , sort of pushed her way in started spraying stain blocker everywhere, she was good with her time management, but just wasn't supposed to be all over the house , I called Matt he said , " I said that was in the scope of work" if they ever say " SCOPE OF WORK" that's their catch phrase and it means they are lying . At one point my wife was chatting with the painter she told her she didn't have to mask off just spray it . That is was caused most of our problems . They didn't do 17 out of 28 items on the estimate. wanted to charge me for extras , they are liars and cheats they wouldn't give me an itemized bill, 25 time I asked for an itemized bill and .. Scope of work ... We use the estimate.... So finally they sent back out the estimate guy , we spent 2 very heated hours going item by item . A week later they finally sent a invoice closer to what I would pay , still no itemized bill, I was within hours of writing the check , and these lying cheating POS sent out another invoice so I called said I wasn't paying, I have met dishonest people before but how do you assemble all dishonest people , I'm guessing prison. He sue me took me to small claims court and I won ,,,,,. Don't use this company, don't use this company, you will regret it
