Tru Dental has wonderful staff and they are very friendly! I love how clean the office is and everyone is very helpful and welcoming!

Dr. Harness is an okay doctor. But this offices practices and un professionalism is beyond me. They are completely disorganized, have a hard time keeping records of what you have and haven't paid. Basically I had crown work done that they said would cost one thing. And I am not being told AFTER the procedure, that I owe 2,000 more than what they originally told me. I overpaid 700 and now they want another 1300. I would never have gotten this procedure if I had known. You do not advise someone to make a medical decision and then turn around and extort them for money. I honestly feel like I got conned.

BEWARE!!!! They could over charge you and NOT refund you! HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! I was overcharged for work. Never notified and it took my payflex to inform me. Once I called, they were like.."OH YEAH you have a credit of $346". WHO WANTS A DENTAL CREDIT WHEN YOU HAVE INSURANCE AND A PAYFLEX. This all occurred in June/ July- I was not notified I had a credit until December. After I told them that I did not want a credit.. they agreed to refund me. Now we are at the end of January... and I am just now getting a refund. Mind you, they had told me in the beginning of January...they had issued the refund... LIES!!! Finally after diligently calling and asking.. they finally issued a refund via my card. Please, if you are paying with insurance and they still charge you... follow up! You may have credit... and not even know!

1 star because you can't put 0 star. Worst dentist!! when Dr Laura Harness was working here was such a nice, trusted and friendly place to come for every teeth needs. Now that she left is became the worst. Both my husband and I use to come here, but since Dr Harness left, most of my husband's appointment have been cancelled the same day without a previous notice, not once, MANY times. So obviously he changed dentist, and after the last time they cancel his appointment the same day I decide to get out of this dentist office too (and my husband had to take the day off from work to go to the dentist each time , so many days off for literally nothing). Couple weeks ago I called to cancel a cleaning appointment that I would have schedule with the new dentist. When the lady at the reception asked me if I want to reschedule I told her the truth that I would have go to a new dentist, and what she did? she just hang up on me, VERY RUDE. But anyway I totally expect that, she was kind of rude and lifeless even when you talk to her at the office. And so not even 2 weeks after this call we received a bill to pay, which we have to go thru and understand better, because we always paid at the office the amount due the same day. Stay away from this dentist office, definitely not worth it!!!
