        When it gos out there is no phone service to call them. The after hours number is no where to be found and the number on our bill is a fast Busy signal like its been disconnected Busy signal like its bee. Or they also have no phone service. Crazy for as often as it gos out at least twice a year. Im not a happy customer right now. Especially for the cost every month.

        The Allband team is always available to help anytime I have had questions, concerns, or if I have had a problem. The office team will always try to help and if needed the installation team will come out and make sure things working properly. They are easy to get a hold of and pleasant to talk to. And it sure is nice having high-speed Internet up here in the woods.
