I just left and ordered my saw blade on line. No wonder brick and mortar stores are going out of business.
I went to the Hutsons close to my home and left without buying anything. I plan to buy more equipment but I think I need to find somewhere else to spend my money.
I dont have the time or energy to deal with extremely poor customer service.
