The facilities and service are great. At most times it is quite clean. From time to time hand trucks have stuff on them, and the bathroom is out of order. I am glad that everyone must use a passcode to get into the storage facility. There could stand to be some adjustments to some small functions and policy. (Mostly wish there was at least 1 dolly available for use, as opposed to all being handcarts.) I am very glad that they are making the facilities more secure, and glad they they can be quite helpful when a client needs an accessibility accomodation. Reserving and moving into a storage unit or downsizing to a new unit, they were helpful. They have made long term storage not so bad. I do wish that the rent increases every 6 months wasn't so much. At 1st it felt a little intimidating, but the staff have been understanding of the throws of life. I think that with the price, you do get a quality climate controlled facility. They are good people here.

Stacy was very informative and helpful. She showed me my options before I made any decisions. Got everything moving along quickly and smoothly making the process extremely easy for me.
