Water was backing up into basement so we called around and this was the only place that could come on Sunday. Emergency so had to pay extra was $700range They told us was roots in our line so they cleaned them out. month goes by and we have another clog. They come out and tell us oh we cleaned out 50ft past the access so it couldnt be their problem. And wont be under the warranty. It would be another $300+ Have another company come out. they run a camera and see the line is still full of roots. Told us Bergsma didnt use a wide enough blade to clean out the pipes correctly. Wouldnt recommend using these guys or at minimum make sure they show you the video of the pipe cleaned out. For $700 just expected it to be taken care of Correctly.
