Royal Glen Apartments

I wish I could rate living here higher. I was so excited to move in and have a larger apartment instead of the studios Ive lived in previously but ever since Ive moved in Ive had issues. The week before moving in they emailed me changing the apartment I originally picked that was a corner apartment in the front of the community to one in the back and in between two apartments. I moved in and my apartment was very dirty with my AC looking like itd never been cleaned and it had no vent and shelving coming up brown when we wiped it down. Along with several other missing or damaged items in the apartment. I still had the previous tenets garbage in my patio area. 2 weeks in I had an ant infestation and it took them 3 days for them to do anything. It happened on a Sunday and I emailed them immediately. Nothing happened till I went into the office that Wednesday. The ants were coming from my ceiling in the holes they said have nails in them. I had to spackle and spray RAID everywhere which isnt great for my or my pets health. I have a cherry tree outside my apartment that drops its cherries and gets all over my car and is very sticky and difficult to get off. Be prepared for your electric bill to triple in the winter. I have my heater set for 72 and its still very cold in my apartment. They say its central AC and heat but I never feel much coming through the bedroom vent. I deal with a neighbor who plays their music loud enough to hear through 2 walls from when I wake up at 6:30am to when I go to bed, it never stops. I have asked what we can do about it. It was better for about a week so I emailed again and have heard nothing since. Finally if you work a typical job until 5pm you may find it difficult to speak to someone in the office. I work 10 min away and several times get out early and race home in order to speak to someone and they are closed before 5pm several times. Calling doesnt work as they dont pick up often and now Ive tried emailing with no response. Overall Ive just been very disappointed living here.

We recently just moved in about a month ago, we really appreciate how kind and guiding all the staff have been. As newer renters it makes me proud to say that I can ask the Royal Glen staff any questions without embarrassment lol. We are looking forward to see how the Royal Glen apartment treat us :)

I have had a great experience living at Royal Glen! I feel safe here and thats the biggest thing for me and my child! The staff here is awesome too! The maintenance guys are the real OGs! Theyre so helpful and respectful! Thank you guys for all you do!

My husband and I have lived at Royal Glen for two years and are so happy here! The management and maintenance teams are always helpful and so fast when theres an issue (there rarely ever is because the complex is so well maintained). We are able to have our dogs and love taking them for walks around the complex. We are hoping to upgrade to a second bedroom soon as our family grows because we cant fathom leaving the community!
