BEWARE - Marty and Laura will not help you! Marty put a roof on our home in November 2020 for the previous owner. We purchased the home in June 2021. Not shortly after with heavy rain, we noticed water streaming down our wall and staining the ceiling. At first we were not worried as the previous owner provided all documentation of the roofing work done, the 10 year guarantee and 50 year warranty. It took until March of 2022 to get a reply from Marty and actually get him to our property. On the day he showed, he looked at the roof but claimed he did not have the proper equipment to fix the issue and could come back in a few days. Marty has not ever come back, nor will he answer any attempt at contact (the mailbox is full so I cannot leave any messages at this point). The one and only time someone has answered the phone I was met with excuses and extreme hostility from LAURA. After explaining our situation to Laura, she replied with you dont understand how hard it is to find people to work, workers are lying to us about their skills and we are booked out until November, so I am not sure what you want me to do. She would also not give my any alternative phone number to contact them for help. Basically any attempt in my search for help from this company has been met with poor attitude, excuses, no shows and inconsistencies. We did not hire them to do this job, and I would advise you dont either.

DO NOT PAY IN FULL UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE WORK. He burned me. Sloppy job on patio pavers and now wont call back or answer any calls or texts. I trusted him at his word he would come back this spring and repair the job. Its been since March he stopped answering. Hes why contractors get a bad reputation. Buyers be ware!! Marty/Lauren- if youre reading this call me. We can work something out. Service: Composite decks
