        We love Camp Bowwow! We have been going weekly since 2017. The entire team there is amazing! I love that you offer teeth cleaning, nail trimming and baths. Arlo loves the extra enrichment sessions during the month! I treasure the pictures and videos that you take and send me of all of the fun that Arlo is having while he is with you guys.

They genuinely care about the well being of Paris and working with us and her to make her visits and boarding a wonderful experience.         I have been taking my doggies to this Camp Bowow for several years. I am happy with the friendly staff and truly believe they care about my pets. I like seeing familiar faces year after year, especially with young people. That is a great indicator of happy employees! My boxer Cash always gets over-the-top excited when I ask him if he wants to go to Camp Bowowowow ;) and little Jiggy, my cavashon runs around in circles with his tail wagging. The most important thing that makes me a loyal customer is how my pets behave after picking them up. They are not stressed out at all and take longer naps from playing so much. A nice bonus, is that you can go to another facility. I dont like to do this as I have my usual place, however I forgot to schedule boarding one time and it was no problem to get him in at the Troy location. Funny enough, one of the previous employees happened to be working at that location and recognized Cash right away and vice versa.
