        Great staff, very responsive. Two area locations you can go to meet with someone and they have several insurance companies to quote you with.

        We received a notice in July of 2023 that our property insurance was going to be dropped because of our roof. We called our roofer to see if repairs were needed but he didn't see anything wrong. Someone came out right away and took pictures. If we knew what was wrong (other than we live by a woods with large trees) we would have fixed the problem. I called and called and then a week before the drop date I was told everything was alright. Two days before the drop date I was told that not only was Farmers dropping our property insurance but no one else would insure us and to call Allstate. Which we did and were happily helped and passed inspection. Thanks for the suggestion. And goodbye after 10 plus years of being your customer.
