I'm so glad I had this inspection done and was lucky enough to get Scott Thomas to do it. I asked to walk along and learned so much. Not only did he point out the negative but also told me about the great stuff I didn't know about. Like the details and construction of an old house. I also had a radon test done and I'm glad about that too. His inspection helped me make a wise choice on buying less stressful. Saved me money down the line.

Scott is awesome! In our new home search, he inspected two houses for our family. He is meticulous and thorough in his inspections and his reports. He made detailed notes, then verbally and visually walked us through each item he considered. Scott gave us honest and understandable feedback in person, and his reports were just as straightforward; they included well-defined pictures and an explanation for each. He is very personable and family-oriented, a pleasure to work with. Overall, I would recommend his company to anyone; he will be our first call for any property inspection in the future. A great experience!

I worked with Scott pretty much exclusively. It's his company, and let me tell you, I have never with anyone as awesome as him. He did whatever he could to make sure I had what I needed on time. He was professional, kind, timely, and accommodating on every front. He answered all my questions and knew his stuff, and was happy to make suggestions. I sent his inspection to insurance agents to look over, and got the feedback that they had never seen a more professional or comprehensive report. Seriously, this guy is awesome.
