        They dont do refunds or exchanges. That being said, I have bought a couple of different 510 batteries. One being an ooze and another tsunami. The ooze stopped working within a day. Then today, I bought the tsunami one and it didnt work right out the pack. So, I come to realize that Ill just go to wild bills were they do have an exchange policy. Because all I see is a waste of money.
