I have to drive 35mins from my job to get to the Coldwater office, & arrived at 4:55 for my 5pm appointment. After my wait, it was 5:50 until they actually started on my return, but once they began working on it, they were very prompt & were quite knowledgeable & helpful to all of my questions. The only confusion that I still have is about my Economic Stimulus payments, bc I finally received my 1st check last year in July but my 2nd & 3rd never were delivered to me. Since getting my 1st they kept telling me to be patient bc the IRS was behind, & told me my checks would arrive soon, but I have waited so long that now they are uncertain whether or not they were sent to the wrong person or if there is another reason for the overly long delay to get to me?! I would like to say how friendly the staff is but it seems as if they shld be able to offer me additional information for not having received the 2nd & 3rd Stimulus checks from so long ago..? 3.5 out of 5 from my experience*
