Carri and David were absolutely amazing to work with on the purchase of our new home. Despite the sellers agent being incompetent and not having all the necessary documents to even list a house for sale, Carri and David are true professionals. They navigated us through all the necessary steps to make the deal happen. I would recommend them to anyone. They went above and beyond to help us with our move and special situations related to our purchase. Their knowledge of real estate law was outstanding and if when they did not have an answer they were extremely quick about finding one. Communication was amazing between us, never had to ask a question even twice. We had started out using a different agent and that agent was not good. She told us not to even look at houses in the area until our previous house was listed for sale. Mainly because we couldn't put in an offer without our house being listed as our purchase was contingent on the sale of our old house. My wife and I didn't like it and through word of mouth Carri and David were recommended to us. We called and talked to Carri and she totally understood our way of thinking offered us a way to look at houses and how we could put in an offer giving us a chance to list our house within a time frame. The first agent we talked to was very negative and made my wife and I feel hopeless. Carri restored our hope almost immediately after the other agent said we would really struggle to buy a home with our contingencies in this market. We looked at 4 homes with Carri and David total. We put in an offer on the first which we did not get and the 2nd and 3rd we did not put in an offer. Home number 4 came and we immediately put in an offer. Carri quickly did the paperwork and the next day we started the process to close. Didn't seem so hard for Carri and David to help our dream come true. So if you want a pleasant experience with true professionals I fully recommend Carri and David Foley. Great people that have became friends through this process. Thank you so much!
