We came across American Copper & Brass a few months ago after sourcing materials online. We discovered the company due to their fair and transparent pricing, which is consistently competitive across the parts and materials we source. What has really impressed us at DiLeo Gas is the level of service provided by the team at American Copper & Brass. I would be remiss if I didn't mention our account concierge, Amy W. Amy is a tremendous resource for our team, and we are so impressed by the level of service she provides week after week.

I shouldve read the previous review about refunds and how much trouble I had to go through to get a refund, It took a month of trying to contact this company to get a refund for my brand new package that I recieved, I can honestly say. The only helpful employee was Rheagan(sorry if misspelled) everyone else just ignored my calls, send me a return slip with no words, after leaving voicemails and trying to contact via email, I get a refund email, again, with no words or apologies or explanation. Its really just sad how this all happened because Im very patient but after a month, its pretty stressful to deal with. Wouldnt recommend this company.
