        DO NOT ORDER SEEDS FROM THIS COMPANY- I placed a huge seed order in January and now, a month and a half later, it still hasnt even shipped. I have exchanged multiple emails with the company asking for an update or a refund, and they have strung me along for weeks saying it will ship soon. Now it is too late for me to get them started for my zone, so they have ruined my summer growing plans. Really disappointing.

        I purchased 10 primal scream daylilies from Smokey's Gardens. Thus far three of the plants have bloomed and only one out three of them are the correct color. I sent an email two weeks to inform them of the issue and they haven't respond to my email yet.

        I am an avid gardener that has ordered plants online, well... since online began. I have never received plants with such healthy roots! Plants are absolutely in peak condition. Definitely recommend Smokey's Gardens!

      Hi Chelsea, my apologies we are a little behind on shipping and working hard to catch up. Our shipping season for seeds is February and all orders are shipped on a first in first out basis.       Our sincere apologies Maurice! Sometimes they can pollinate and grow children from seed naturally, or get mixed up along the way. Sometimes they can make it to the customer before we can identify any wrong ones. We have a strong guarantee for such instances and will replace or refund them for you.       Hi Linda, very sorry to hear! I know it can be disheartening but that certainly does happen, sometimes they can grow from a small piece of the crown over the course of years, seed in the fields, or just get mixed up. We have an extensive program to remove any flowers from the fields that don't match the plant that is supposed to be there but some always slip through the cracks. As much as we try, can't 100% control nature. Please contact us at (260) 687-9560. We guarantee them to be true to their name and can verify and replace them or provide a refund.
