        We worked with Matt Haylett Homes to build our new house on Marble Lake in Quincy, Michigan, and it was fantastic. They made everything simple and easy to understand. Whenever we had questions, they were quick to respond and never made us feel like we were bothering them, even when we asked the same questions multiple times. We highly recommend them. Matt, Val, and Elaine were all amazing to work with!

        MattHaylettHomes was the contractor to build our modular home in Reading, Michigan. Matt was very professional and personable. We had a challenging lot on soft ground and Matt was able to have pilings driven to support our foundation. He also had a new well and septic system installed. Everything we asked for Matt came through for us, he never told me no! Matts staff was extremely helpful, keeping us aware of progress and dates and times of major happenings. We would definitely recommend Matt Haylett Homes to anyone contemplating a build. David and Colleen Churchill
