        Advertises walk-ins but when I showed up I was told it would be a two hour wait as I didn't check in online. The display showed a lengthy list of people who signed in online but none of them were there and the stylist was sitting idle. A cut would have taken 10 mins. I have come here before and they did a nice job but it seems foolish to ignore real business for online check ins who haven't showed up. Edit: I went home and figured I'd try the online check-in and it was disabled due to lengthy wait time. But the website said walk-ins still welcome. What?
