Called to ask about where they service. The female who answered was rude and condescending. Not a good way to secure new clients, so we wont give them our business. We need more patience and kindness in this world today.

Our well pump suddenly stopped working and we awoke to a house with no running water. We called Taylor Well Drilling and within 1/2 hour Brad Taylor was at our house, assessed the situation, and had our well pump replaced by early afternoon. We can't thank them enough for helping us so quickly and courteously. It's wonderful to find a business that still really cares about the people who are their customers. Service: Pump installation
