I had been wanting to try the Sourdough Buford Melt so I placed an order on the mobile app and drove the nearly 10 miles to pick it up. When I got back in the car I noticed the Bleu Cheese dip I ordered for my chicken bites was not in the bag. So I went back in and was informed that they didn't even have any of that dip, only ranch. So I get the ranch and go back out to the car. When I opened the burger, it wasn't on sourdough bread but instead just the regular bread. So I go back into the store again and was informed that they didn't even have any sourdough bread and had been out for a while. Since this is why I made the trip in the first place I said they could have the food back and asked for my money back. They took it back and then said I would have to figure out how to get my money back myself since I had a mobile order. I called the 1800 number on my confirmation email with the issue and was told someone will probably get back with me in about a week. So the mismanagement at this location cannot order supplies correctly and then tried to replace unavailable items without informing customers. This caused me to waste nearly half an hour of time, waste 20 miles worth of gas, I'm out over $10 and still don't have lunch. Hopefully I can get my money refunded without having to dispute the card payment but I don't have much hope.
