Wow, Never have I encountered service this rude before.. This kfcs standards have went down drastically between the service and food. Made it to the drive through window at 9, after I had gotten out of work, wanted to order the family bucket meal, before I could even finish my sentence to the lady taking my order she stopped me, told me she only had wings available and they were not making anymore chicken for the night. Mind you they close at 10:30. I asked if they had chicken strips available she told me she had 2 and she can maybe make me fresh ones? I was clearly getting the drift that she was not wanting to take orders anymore for the night, and was not letting me order what I went there for. So I got told an hour and a half before they close that I basically cant order chicken (majority of there menu) & if I do that Im going to get old food because there done making anything fresh for the night. Took my money else where. Absolutely disgusting. I work in service and we make food fresh until closing time! Up to the last minute, and sometimes after. This is what service entails. People pay for this food, as if money is not hard earned. This is nasty behavior this woman should be reprimanded for lazy, nasty behavior. Shame on this kfc location.

They give you what they want, not necessarily what you ordered. App will tell you it's ready after 20m, get there and staff will threaten you with "chicken just went in, got 25m wait."

The barbecue sauce and the ranch that I was supposed to have in the bag were not there at all.

Food is decent, the gentleman who took out ordered seemed as though we were bothering him. Every single table in the restaurant is dirty including someones left over food that appears to have been sitting there for hours.
