Chase Bank

The ATM at this bank INFURIATES me. Living in Clio, this is the closest ATM for me to make deposits (generally late)...It is "down" around 80% of the time, forcing me to drive into Beecher to make late night deposits (which is not ideal for many reasons, to include adding 40 minutes of driving around when it would take me less than 5 if it were working properly). I have never had issues with the ATM not working in Beecher, so I can't understand why the one in Clio is SOOO terrible. They clearly don't care to fix it because this has been on ongoing issue for years. If Im able to go during the day, the tellers have always been great and get me right in and out without any issues.

We stopped in to open a new account didnt think about needing an appointment and Josh was great he managed to take care of us explained everything and never made us feel like we were an inconvenience! Great job Josh!

Fabulous bank and experience! Very thankful my husband and I opened an account here josh was so friendly and the lady even gave my baby a little treat ! Just a great bank !!!!

RUDE RUDE RUDE bank tellers here the worse Chase has anywhere, I normally drive 30 minutes to davison instead of 10 minutes to clio JUST to avoid these people cause they treat you GREAT instead!! honestly can't wait til AI takes over your jobs and you ladies are homeless on the streets!

Don't really care for their new policie of having $500 deposited every month or having $1200 in at all times to get and upcharge fee. Also the ladies in Clio can be rude and condescending.
