Preferred Property Restoration

MUST READ: First let me say I do not review companies, but Preferred Property Restoration did an amazing job!!!!!!! My mothers home was flooded and remodeled by this company so she told me to give them a call (they did a great job on her home). My home caught fire in late October and everything was deemed a total loss by the insurance company. The owner Jim came and inspected the damage, assigned Bill as the project manager, December 3rd demolition began. By June we were ready to move in. Everything in our home had to be repaired from the sub floor, basement, to the attic. Im talking about brand new frame work, brand new EVERYTHING. This home should be on HGTV lol they did a great job and Im blessed to have been referred to this company. They stayed in contact the whole way with updates and schedules. Our home turned out so great everyone who sees it is left speechless. If I could write a ten page review I would. USE THIS COMPANY for any insurance need. It was truly a blessing to have our home restored by this company. My wife and kids are so happy. Services: Remodeling, Fire damage cleanup & repair

Excellent company that works for you not the insurance companies. Cares 100% about getting you back to the way your property was or better after any damage. One on one contact with the owner, Jim Doran. Cant say enough good things about this company. Things were done in a timely manner also. Has excellent people that work for him. You dont have to hire just for damage, they are an excellent builder company also. Thank you for all your help. Kris F, St. Clair Shores
