Absolutely great experience! My truck broke down...over an hour away from home. I called them.. and they towed my truck and also fixed it the same day in less than 6 hours !!!

Jeff and his team identified the problem with my Ford Fusion quickly! And were upfront and honest about the cost to repair! Repairs were done in a timely manner and at the quoted price!

Called AAA and was told this company was on the way 3 hours later no show ! So I called Garfield & Canal Service inc and was told AAA never contacted them to send a ticket for my tow and that AAA was horrible lately so I ask how much for a tow to a location 4 blocks away and he says $100 I say ok then I call AAA to cancel tow and AAA informs me ticket was sent to this company but got denied employee arrives while Im on phone with AAA so I give him phone he speaks with agent and says he declined it because its out of their service area mind you they are 3.2 miles away ! So he returns my phone I pull out $100 and he refuses to take it and pulls off with AAA still on the phone! First of all he should have told us we were out of their range and that he denied the ticket but AAA agent said they have a fixed rate less than $100 so driver withheld information to fleece me for cash and Im sure he would of accepted AAA ticket soon as I paid him and cost me and my family a valuable Tow on top of getting paid twice ! Dont use this company they have no values and their customer service is horrible and they will try to scam you
