They have been instrumental in taking my daughter Anna from a low-level tier II hockey player to a tier I player in three years. This business had changed names a few times and now they are in the middle of a transition in ownership that I dont have much confidence in. Weve been customers for years (through 2 previous name changes), always showed up early and stayed late to use the shooting lanes and synthetic ice rink, but thats all gone now. I get that things are still in progress but the plans dont look promising. For hockey players, they do have a treadmill still and Kyle and Matt are fantastic trainers. But there is no longer a space to practice small area hockey skills as the rink has been deconstructed (partially) to make way for more turf area. The shooting lane was torn out too, for you guessed it more turf. We love what Kyle has done for our sons passion and confidence but I dont have confidence in the companys new direction. Time will tell, but I dont think hockey will be the focus moving forward; this is just another generic gym now.

This place is awesome! My boys look forward to their sessions. I have seen a great deal of improvement in their skating. The treadmill training has really helped. I also like the off ice training!
