        Every time I email them about a legitimate problem they should be handling, nothing. Say "The website isn't taking my money", instant response. Property managers??? HA, just glorified money siphons.

        This place lacks professionalism and does not take residents concerns seriously. If I knew what I know now I would have avoided this management company all together. The way they talk to people is demeaning and condescending. They should not be in business period. I would never recommend living in any building they manage. I am beyond repulsed by the lack of empathy and concern they have for people.
