        We just had them out to clean our vent (Sasha)! The communications was great, told us 3-6 and arrived at 305. She did a cursory inspection inside and found two problems that were here since construction. She had the parts and the time and fixed the two issues. With the inside fixed like Santa, she was up on the roof cleaning the vent line and vent cap! Cap was getting plugged. Completed the work at 4pm. The service was friendly, everything was explained and the are lifted cleaner. PS our neighbor had a vent fire in April, so it was needed! Scheduling was easy via Heather. Thanks to everyone! Two thumbs () up!!
