        My company has used Michigan Process for at least 15 years. They are efficient with service and have a great staff (Chrissy). I will continue using them as long as I need a server in MI.

        I love working with MICPS. I wish they covered the whole state of Michigan. They are efficient, prompt and always respond to emails in a timely manner. They are kind and understanding and are always willing to help. All the servers work timely and nothing has ever expired when in their care. CHRISSY IS AMAZING... Truly 100000 STARS

        From start to finish Michigan Civil Process Service was amazing! I am truly grateful for the care and prompt service that both Chrissy and Sean gave. The first 2 attempts did not produce results. If Sean had not had the patience and the care to take this extra time and effort this person would not have been served. Thank you Chrissy and Sean!         Slow service, not open on the weekends and tried to charge my card and didnt call me first to confirm I still needed services. I went with another company that already completed the service about lets see about 4 days ago. Update: 3/4 Dont use tactics to basically embarrass the consumer on a factual review. I was not contacted before you attempted to process the payment. The card was lock because I knew you would try to go forward with the service without reconfirming if the service were in fact still needed. You all didnt reach out until that following Wednesday. You didnt reach out in a timely manner in reality. And I absolutely was not going to call you to tell you that your services were no longer needed as the job was done by another company. I have serious matters to attend to, and chasing you all down isnt a factor. MOTORCITY LEGAL made this process less stressful and they were absolutely accommodating and communicative under 48 hours of contact. Take notes.

      Hello, Shelby. Thank you for the feedback. We received your paperwork to initiate service, including the signed credit card form. However, the card was declined and we did not have a required document from you. While we do have process servers working on weekends, you are correct, our office is closed on the weekends. Since this is the case, we received the required documentation that following Monday and requested correct payment information at which point we didn’t hear back and closed out the file. We strive to help all of those who contact us and are sorry we weren’t able to assist you, but are glad to hear that you were able to find someone who was!
