Not a good experience. Before even booking an appointment for a consultation I was required to fill out a credit application. Like going to a restaurant and being asked to pay for your food before you order. Waited 5 mounts for a consultation that lasted fifteen minutes.

This staff and doctor were ABOVE exceptional! Everyone was so personable and helpful. Our 13-year old daughter, who is petrified of anesthesia and oral surgeons resulting from an experience years ago, was amazed and grateful! Starting with Jamie in the front office who took the time to explain where to go when I called, to Samantha who was by my child's side the entire time and took the time to talk to her and clue her in to what was happening ( she even held her hand when she was afraid), to Dr. Bournias and the sweet lady that came in after (I didn't catch her name) to help us with the post-op care-- everyone was FANTASTIC! Thank you so much! This made a much anticipated stressful day so much better! You should train other office staff! :D

I had to have a tooth exposure and like my son drank a one sip of water the doctor said he can't do the surgery because of the sip like my son had 2 about 3 hours surgery and they let him drink about 2 cups of water.This man did not let him 1 sip ok well thats not a doctor there.Worst doctor,worst personality.

Just Another Day With Me
I scheduled an appointment for my husband Ryan with Dr. Bornias only to have Danielle at the front desk call a month later to leave a message not asking but telling me that his appointment was moved from 3:15 to 12:00. Maybe his front desk doesnt understand that people make these appointments in advance and rearrange their work schedules to make it to these appointments. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the woman I spoke with on the phone (maybe Christine?) told me that I work for a dentist so I know how it is. No actually I dont. I would NEVER just move a patients appointment to a new time and expect it to work. Very unprofessional. Instead, I was offered an appointment a month and a half away. And by the way, whoever I spoke with on the phone at the front desk, I do understand that dentist and doctors need to move things around sometimes. Im a hygienist and Ive made appointments for patients myself. But Ive never just moved someones appointment without talking with them and expected them to be there at the new time. You really should work on changing your attitude. My husband didnt get to see Dr. Bornias. Im sure hes a great oral surgeon but we didnt make it past the front desk. Update: My husband saw Dr. Hildebrand and his staff was VERY friendly and professional. They were able to get my husband in right away and he said he didnt feel a thing. I highly recommend Dr. Hildebrands office. Tiffany
