My recent experience was exceptional in every aspect. From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed to be there (Kudos to Noah). It's a given that auto mechanics are fast-paced and frenetic which rarely yield to any feeling of warmth. These guys were able to strike that balance perfectly. The knowledge and expertise of my mechanic, Lewis, was quite evident throughout my visit. He took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle in a clear and understandable manner, which helped me make informed decisions about the necessary repairs. I know this is status quo, but there was much more care put into it than I expected. I was impressed by the attention to detail and thoroughness in diagnosing and fixing the problems. One thing that stood out to me was the transparency. Lewis provided me with a detailed breakdown of the costs upfront, and even when there was more issues found he made sure there was no surprises, even if they were in my favor. Overall, my experience at was outstanding. Lewis demonstrated his knowledge and expertise throughout the process. Well done!

"I originally left a negative review of being incorrectly told the problem with my vehicle. However, after speaking directly with the general manager, I now have a better understanding of the actual diagnostics and feel my initial concerns were addressed. The general manager took the time to thoroughly explain to me what they found during their inspection of my truck. With this additional context and communication from the right personnel, it is clear the problem could have been resolved through more discussion from the start. I appreciate the general manager making himself available to discuss my situation. The extra communication helped resolve my misunderstanding. While frustration stemmed from the initial information I received, I feel confident moving forward their team, especially the general manager, are committed to properly serving their customers."
