        First off, no a.m. anger here if there was it must be on the opposite end because of your rudeness. If your company opens at 9 answer at 9 or dont make a fuss for answering before opening. You are extremely unprofessional and your response was amateurish. 8am - 1pm is a very big time frame and I was asking for a more approximate ETA, not demanding anything. If my request was too last minute then your company should not over book. My review still stands, extremely unprofessional will not recommend. We are customers looking for services, your rude tone of voice is not needed!! Seems like your other 1 star reviews agree with my bad customer service statement as well.

      Hi, Rachel here. You called yesterday (4/11) afternoon with a furniture delivery request, that we spoke to you about LAST WEEK, that you needed done today (4/12) in the morning. While you didn’t honor our request of receiving your information, I still got you in on the delivery schedule. You went on to call me at 8 a.m before my business was even opened, to request another time frame (that you already received yesterday). When I gave you the again time frame of 8:30-1 you told me that’s too big of a time frame and needed that narrowed down. Every business gives time frames, you didn’t like that. When I told you my business wasn’t opened yet, with my kids happily laughing in the background, you got rude and told me not to answer my phone and then continued to call my phone back…I’m really sorry you can’t appreciate great customer service, even when demanding things simply because your a “customer calling for a service”. Base your reviews off actual service performed, not off your a.m anger when you don’t get the time frame you are demanding. Thank you.
