(I left this same review under Dr Cloutiers info but it deserves to be here too, especially since many of the 1 star reviews say the same thing about the awful staff and billing. DO NOT COME HERE) I would give this place zero stars if I could. The office staff is a joke. They refused to schedule an appt until a $40 bill was paid instead of adding it to the copay. Days were spent trying to reach the only person who can take payment (which is a terrible business practice in itself) and when the office was contacted to schedule the appointment they were informed that they were discharged as a patient but the staff couldn't say why and sent them to the office manager, who of course wasn't there. This is incredibly unprofessional and I'll make sure the Henry Ford hospital corporation understands the type of doctor and staff that is representing them. Please do not go here.

I started seeing Dr. Berger about 10 years ago and he was a great doctor. I have been seeing Dr. Cloutier for the past 4 years and she is the best doctor I have ever had. I have seen all the doctors before and all were great. I trust the staff and doctors !!!!! I feel like Dr. Cloutier takes the time to get to know her patients and so does Dr. Cieslik

I wouldn't go here and find a different doctor on the Henry Ford Network. This office is a joke, and so are the other campuses directly tied to the Alliance Health Professionals title. I moved up here out of state, and I was trying to find a primary care doctor in my network for my insurance. It seemed my insurance provider, Blue Cross Blue Shield, recommended them, and I was experiencing a medical emergency that needed treatment as soon as possible. When I started seeing them over a year ago, they seemed great, and it seemed like the doctor I had really spearheaded my cancer diagnosis. She was very great and helpful when recommending specialists, and everything was great. Until the bill came, they supposedly worked with Henry Ford Network, and Alliance Health Professionals showed up in the billing system of the hospital, but when I had to go get imaging done at one of their sister locations, the bill wasn't in the Henry Ford system. Since I was going through cancer treatment, I thought all of the bills through their office and sister locations would all be in the My Chart application online, but it wasn't. Their sister location that they do imaging with, which is not directly tied to the main hospital, does not tie their billing into the same system. I had a payment plan set up through the hospital so I could slowly pay my bills off over time. I then got a paper bill in the mail with the logo of Henry Ford, with no option to pay online, and I could only send in a check or call and speak to someone over the phone to pay it. The letter looked extremely fishy, and at the time, I didn't realize it was a legitimate letter. When I called the Henry Ford hospital directly, I gave them all of the information on the bill, and they said they did not see that bill in their system and to not pay it as it seemed to have been a scam. I didn't pay the bill, then I got another bill in the mail, so I disregarded it. I later got a call from someone who works in the Alliance Health Professionals office, and she wanted to know if I received the paper bills in the mail. I told her that I did receive some bills in the mail, but I set up a payment plan through Henry Ford Hospital so I could slowly pay everything back over time. She then told me I didn't do that at all, that she didn't show a payment plan in the system at all, and that I could set up a payment plan with her directly. At the time, I didn't realize the imaging place wasn't tied in with the hospital, even though they slapped the Henry Ford logo on the top of their invoices. So, long story short, that bill got sent to collections. From then on, I have had nothing but issues with the office staff. I tried calling them during office hours, and they wouldn't be in; they seemed to never be in the office. I would then attempt to schedule online visits using My Chart. They wouldn't ever respond to my visits, they wouldn't ever contact me back, and they wouldn't return my calls. I would even use the messaging system in My Chart, but they would never respond. Eventually I messaged back out to them, and they called me shortly afterwards to schedule an appointment, and after that, they actually replied with their office hours and phone number to one of my messages! The sad thing is, this office actually helped me set up My Chart to begin with, as it is an easy service to view your health documents and visits online, but the office doesn't ever seem to use it. I even had interactions with an extremely rude office staff worker, and I think it's the one that I thought was a scammer from the imaging place. Whoever is their office manager who takes care of billing is also a joke that will never reach back to you. I have no idea what happened because at the beginning of the cancer journey, they were awesome, but ever since that one bill went to collections because the Henry Ford Hospital said it was fake, my experience has been terrible. They haven't kept their word about reaching back out to me at all. The "office manager" was supposed to contact me for two separate issues, but they didn't.

I will not be going here anymore. Called to reschedule an appointment and all of a sudden they said my last name was spelt different and my phone number was under my moms and not mine? How does that even happen when I have gotten texts from them and they have all of my paperwork with the correct spelling of my last name and have gotten prescriptions under my name with correct spelling? So they made me a new acount over the phone. And now that I went into that appointment, they said it was canceled 10 mins after it was made? That is absolutly infuriating, I have been experiencing health issues and now I have to spend the time to find a new doctor and make an appointment to get checked out. Absolutly unorganized or they're just playing around with peoples accounts like children.
