        I had a terrible experience at this store. I am a long standing tmobile customer who is currently on a plan with other people. I wanted to know what my options would be to switch to my own plan and keep my old phone number. Sam (the employee), refused to answer my question once I told him that my phone number hadn't been released. Instead of trying to answer my question, he instead tried to talk to me into changing my phone number instead. I ended up leaving without having my questions answered. I will never go back to this location again.

        The people that waited on me were great gave me all the information I needed for my new phone specially 55 + plan just say Bill Fisher sent you and ask for Sam they will give you a deal that you won't believe

        Manager extremely unprofessional and rude ,shame on T mobile to have workers and locations like this one, hopefully they will get rid of this idiot manager who thinking that he is big shot !!!!!! Will change my cell provider ASAP

        Walked in to see if I could trade in my iPhone 13 Pro Max and walked out with a branded new iPhone and I couldnt have asked for better service, thanks to Sam! Thank you again for your awesome customer support and help! Side note- it was pretty busy inside and e writhing was handled greatly by the employees. Definitely recommend!
