After losing my brother my Mom decided to go with Lincoln Granite for his headstoneeverything was going good until they made a mistake and sent her a email she wasnt supposed to get and they had the audacity to say my Mom was a difficult customer they sent her check back and told her they dont feel comfortable doing his headstone all because she just wanted to make sure everything was correctedI understand people lose loved ones everyday and its yall job to sell headstones but yall dont have to rudeWhere was the compassion? Where was the genuine customer service???

They did an exceptional job for my parents memorial. They are the best at helping you find the right memorial to honor your family and loved ones. It isnt easy when youve lost a loved one. They have kindness and compassion when you need it the most. The monument is exceptional and a beautiful way to honor my family. So glad I found them.

Could not recommend this place more! All the staff is wonderful the owner went up and beyond for my family during the grieving period of both my grandma and grandpa making sure my family was happy with both the headstones and markers. Beautiful work & beautiful people!!
