Aarons rental has been an absolute nightmare! I forked over the full payment for my item, as promised by the GM Ray, only to be told I wasn't approved for financing. No delivery, no refund, and to add insult to injury, their systems have conveniently been down when I try to check my order status. This is beyond infuriating a complete and utter letdown!

BEWARE!!!!!!Went in to buy Furniture.. was told they did not have it. I had to pre-order it and pay for a month in advance I did...I received it a week later..and 17 days later was called to make another months payment... not really understanding how you can prepay a month and then 17 days later get charged for another month. Not good business practices and they speak over you and act like you are absolutely nothing and totally stupid. I can also say that they thought I was somebody else and brought somebody else's information and contract up ready for me to sign it and I stated that I was not that person...CRAZY!!
