I placed an order this morning around 9:30am and my mom received her flowers by 12! That is amazing! She loved them, it was a special surprise for her 75th birthday! Thank you!

While the gentleman I spoke with was pleasant, the arrangement I sent to my ill aunt at the hospital was absoulety appauling! I'm pretty sure a kindergartener could do better designs! Just terrible

I want to thank Debbie for being a hero and saving the day yesterday. I was supposed to pick up a Budget Rental Truck from a Sterling Heights location Friday 9/6 at 4:30 pm to move my daughter in to her first home. When I arrived at the place they told me they had no trucks and did not show a reservation on their system for me despite my confirmation #. I called Budgets main office and literally received no help from them at all. I was extremely disappointed in their customer service.
However, the stars of the day were the two gentlemen (sorry I didnt get their names) at Sterling Auto Appearance/Budget Truck for going out of their way to find me another truck. They got a hold Of Debbie and explained my predicament. Despite being ready to close, Debbie said she had a 12 Box Truck I could rent and agreed to wait for me to drive there, (approx 30 minute drive).
When I arrived, Debbie had a truck ready to go for me. She honored the price from my previous reservation. We filled out the new paperwork, she showed me where the after hours drop box was and I was on my way. We got my daughter moved without any further complications. So thank you SO MUCH Debbie for being such a nice person and saving our special day.
